I decided I need to meal plan this year. My hubby works second shift so, our big meal is at lunch.
Breakfast
oatmeal,cereal,smoothies,eggs, waffles, and pancakes.
Lunch
Mon- leftovers from New Year's celebration
Tues-pork chops, rice and veggies
Wed- breaded chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies
Thurs- meatloaf,baked potaootes, veggies
Fri- swiss mushroom burgers and side salad
Sat- fish, rice, veggies
Sun- Chef salad and rolls
Supper
Mon- waffles
Tues-soup of choice (canned)
Wed-mircowaveable dinners
Thurs- English muffin pizzas
Fri.- perogies
Sat-blts
Sun- grilled cheese
